This is a
studio apartment in Pechersk district in Kiev. This rental is located close to
Klovska subway station in a quiet neighborhood. Nevertheless, there are many bars and
restaurants in just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment building. There are
Shnitsel and Klovsky restaurants, Pizzeria Napuli pizza house, O’Cafe Italian restaurant, cigar boutique La
Casa del Habano, many shops and designer boutiques in that aria.
The
apartment fits up to 4 people.
The room is
furnished with a fold out sofa, queen size bed with orthopedic mattress, entertainment
center, TV with digital cable and carpet on the floor.
The kitchen
is furnished with kitchen cabinets, dining table and chairs; it is supplied
with all the necessary kitchen equipment, such as a gas stove, electric kettle,
refrigerator, microwave oven, cookware and tableware.
The bathroom
has tiles, a full size bathtub, toilet, sink, wall mirror, automatic washing
machine and a hair dryer. All the sanitary is in good condition.
This rental
has a local phone, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. High speed internet
access is available upon request.
